About Us
English Horizon is a site designed by a group of academics in the field of teaching English as a foreign or second language (TEF/SL). Thus, it is quite useful for those people specialized in English students and practitioners alike. However, the site is specifically designed for Arab anglophone people with a view to opening before them new horizons for training and self-development. The site hopes to be able to promote cooperation relation with other similar sites and other educational institutions such as universities, colleges, language institutes, libraries and publishing companies. The site aims to do the following:
- Help students choose and enrol in universities and graduate programmes of their choice
- Provide consultation regarding universities, colleges and graduate programmes.
- Help students get training and hands-on experience and attend conferences all over the world.
- Provide in-service training for employees of the public and private sectors.
- Provide editing services for students writing dissertations, term papers, theses, books, etc.
- Provide translation services in Arabic, English and French.
- Publish news updates regarding conferences, books, manuals, audiovisual aids, journals, workshops, training programmes and educational and vocational programmes.
